Role Overview: You are invited to attend the Infosys BPM Walk-In Drive on 13th Sep 2025 in Bangalore. The job is located in Bangalore and requires candidates with a qualification of B.COM/BBA/MBA/M.COM. The shifts are rotational/night shifts, and immediate joiners are preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Proficient with basic computer knowledge - Excellent website research & navigation skills - Good at reading, understanding, and interpreting content - Flexible to work in 24*7 environments and night shifts - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Command over English Grammar and Fluency in English - Manage outbound calls following scripts, assimilate process knowledge efficiently - Effective probing, analyzing skills, and multitasking of voice & data entry Qualification Required: - Graduates with a qualification of B.COM/BBA/MBA/M.COM (15 Years - 10+2+3) - Immediate joiners only Additional Company Details: No additional company details are mentioned in the job description.,
