As an Assistant Manager at Genpact, your responsibilities will include conducting process reviews in line with internal controls, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial, employee, and client records, analyzing and reporting financial information promptly to management and clients, and setting department objectives to drive success. You will be tasked with developing, implementing, improving, and enforcing budgets, policies, and department controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Your role will also involve reviewing and validating essential components of valid invoices, maintaining exception trackers, performing transactional tasks to support compliance and execution processes, following up on requisitions to hold invoices per AP guidelines, enforcing internal compliance policies, and conducting daily internal audits to ensure balance as per guidelines. To excel in this role, we seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), strong English language skills both verbal and written, and experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems like Concur. Additionally, preferred qualifications include excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel), keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage varying workloads and meet deadlines effectively.
