About Position:
Project Planning & Execution Lead offshore project planning, task allocation, and execution for multiple imaging upgrade and migration workstreams.
- Role: Project Manager Merge & Change PACS

What You'll Do:
- Project Planning & Execution.
- Lead offshore project planning, task allocation, and execution for multiple imaging upgrade and migration workstreams.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and issue resolution for offshore deliverables.
- Ensure all offshore tasks align with program milestones and hospital site schedules. Coordination with Onsite Teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact between offshore teams and onsite program leadership. Facilitate daily standups, weekly status calls, and reporting to maintain project visibility and alignment.
- Coordinate with onsite architects, program managers, and clinical SMEs to ensure smooth handoffs and dependency management. Quality and Compliance.
- Enforce quality assurance practices, documentation standards, and compliance with healthcare regulations(HIPAA, HITECH).
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Support offshore testing teams in developing and executing validation strategies for data migration and integrations. Governance & Reporting.
- Track project progress using tools like Jira/MS Project and provide status reports, dashboards, and KPIs to the Program Manager.
- Support change management processes including scope control, change requests, and stakeholder approvals.
- Qualifications-Bachelor or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of project management experience in IT services delivery with at least 5+ years in healthcare IT.
- Strong experience managing offshore teams for large-scale enterprise programs.
- Knowledge of clinical imaging applications (PACS, VNA, Cardiology) and integration with EHR systems.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
