.NET Developer (WPF / Windows Services) @ Conduent

Job Description

What Youll Do

• Craft and maintain high-performance Windows desktop apps and backend services using C#, .NET Core, WPF, and WCF.
  
• Build real-time communication systems with SignalR and rock-solid Windows Services.
  
• Debug and fine-tune multithreaded applications with serious IPC chops.
  
• Design secure, scalable REST APIs and work with Apigee/API Gateway for top-shelf API security.
  
• Deploy microservices like a pro using Kubernetes.
  
• Create solid design docscomponent diagrams, sequence flowsthe whole architecture story.
  
• Collaborate in an Agile squad, review code, and keep quality bar high.
  

Must-Have Tech Skills

• Expert in C#, .NET Core, WPF, WCF
  
• Hands-on Windows Application Development
  
• Strong understanding of multithreading, synchronization, IPC
  
• REST API development + API security (Apigee/API Gateway)
  
• OOP, Design Patterns, OOAD fundamentals
  
• Unit testing with NUnit/MSTest
  
• Kubernetes deployment experience
  
• Sharp debugging, clear communication
  

Nice-to-Have Extras

• Exposure to Java, Python, React.js, Angular
  
• Cloud chops: Azure or AWS
  
• Windows Driver Kit (WDK), serial port communication, or device driver know-how
  
• C++, STL, IDL/COM/CORBA familiarity
  
• Embedded systems or high-availability system background
