Job Description:
Walter Bushnell Pharmaceuticals is hiring an Executive Production for its new Greenfield OSD project plant at Roorkee. The candidate should have exposure to all sections of production (granulation, compression, coating, and packing) along with strong knowledge of documentation and cGMP practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day operations across all production sections granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and packing
- Support in installation, commissioning, and qualification of production equipment during the Greenfield setup
- Prepare and review BMR, BPR, SOPs, logbooks, and other GMP documents
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and Engineering teams for smooth execution of production activities
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards in all production areas
- Assist in Change Controls, CAPA, URS preparation, and validation activities for production equipment
- Maintain discipline, safety, and productivity on the shop floor
Requirements:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- 46 years of experience in OSD Production with exposure to all sections (granulation, compression, coating, packing)
- Greenfield project experience preferred (equipment installation & qualification, documentation)
- Strong understanding of cGMP and regulatory compliance
