Technical GenAI - Lead @ Iris Software

Looking for a Technical Lead to guide a team building a new Generative AI application. This role along with being hand-on will provide technical leadership, define the solution architecture, and ensure the quality and scalability of our AI-driven products. You will work closely with product and research teams to deliver innovative and secure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional development team focused on building GenAI applications.
• Architect and oversee the application, ensuring it adheres to best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with the product manager to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive the design, development, testing, and deployment of features and APIs.
• Ensure the application is performant, secure, and scalable.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and development frameworks.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical lead in large-scale or AI-driven application development.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP frameworks like OpenAI and LangChain.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and modern DevOps practices.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
