Job Description
RGP is seeking an experienced technology professional to join our growing IT team as a Senior .NET Software Engineer. Within a global DevOps team, this role adds business value, providing support and adding new capabilities on different inhouse products, in domains as broad as integration architecture, user provisioning, data reporting, applicant tracking system and financial back office processes within a mature Azure infrastructure. Using agile methodology, this role will contribute to the support and continuous improvement of different products, being exposed to .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Azure service bus, Web apps, Web API, SQL, Azure DevOps/Git while being involved in our AI journey.
This position can be based out of our Bangalore office. You will have the flexibility to work from home while meeting with RGP colleagues from time to time valuing this interaction with peers and management located primary in the Netherlands and in the US. As such, you must be available to work European (CET) hours. What you will work on
- Provide support while working on enhancements and transition to Azure
- Assist with the translation of business requirements into business applications whilst building more domain knowledge
- Contribution to all steps of the development lifecycles
- Enable excellent customer care and technical support through effective communication and execution
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelor/Master degree in computer sciences
- 4-5 years experience as .NET software engineer and at least some level of exposure in either integration architecture, Azure infrastructure, data lakehouse MS Fabric or AI
- Experience of business applications delivered using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL technology
- Experience with agile development methodology and Azure DevOps release pipeline
- Strong communicator (including in business English, written and verbal)
- A team player with a strong sense of ownership
- Analytical with a passion for seeking challenge and learning opportunities
