Job Description
Position Title: System Administrator Specializing in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, and Related Technologies
Location: Hyderabad
Type of Employment: Full-time
Experience: 3+ years
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills and Abilities:
Shifts (if any): 11:00 am onwards (candidate should be flexible to work as per the business requirement)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
End User Support s Troubleshooting
- Provide support for desktops, laptops, and end-user devices (hardware C software).
- Manage walk-in and floor support requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot CPU performance, OS errors, application issues, and device failures.
- Imaging, re-imaging, formatting computers and adding to domain
- Support and manage cloud storage solutions (OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, etc.).
Infrastructure s Network
- Troubleshoot network-related issues including VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and internet connectivity.
- Basic configuration and understanding of Cisco switches and firewall operations.
- Support IT Infrastructure activities including server hardening and BCP implementation.
Administration s IT Operations
- Work with Active Directory (AD) for user account management, group policies, and IAM.
- Conduct internal IT asset audits and ensure compliance with IAM policies.
- Manage software license compliance, asset lifecycle, and EOL management.
- Participate in IT infrastructure management and contribute to optimization initiatives.
Processes s Governance
- Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Support conflict resolution and ensure smooth communication between IT and business teams.
Required Skills s Experience
- 35 years of experience in End User Computing / Desktop Support.
- Strong knowledge of desktop troubleshooting, hardware C software support.
- Hands-on experience with DNS, DHCP, VLAN, firewall basics, and Cisco switches.
- Experience in Active Directory administration and IAM processes.
- Good understanding of server hardening, BCP practices, and IT infra management.
- Familiarity with cloud storage technologies and enterprise solutions.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework, change management, and conflict management.
- Experience in asset management, software license management, and EOL tracking.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Microsoft or Cisco certifications (MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent).
- Experience in handling internal and external audits.
- Exposure to hybrid cloud environments.
