DevOps Engineer

Location: PAN India
Primary Skill: AWS DevOps

About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled DevOps Engineers with expertise in AWS and modern DevOps platforms. The role involves managing CI/CD pipelines, artifact repositories, containerized environments, and monitoring critical production systems. You will play a key role in frontline and advanced support (Tier 1 & Tier 2), ensuring reliability, scalability, and automation across environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support: frontline monitoring, advanced troubleshooting, and escalation handling.
  
• Manage and support artifact repositories and GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Work with Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration tools to deploy and scale applications.
  
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform.
  
• Automate processes with Ansible and manage deployments on AWS Cloud.
  
• Monitor and analyze system performance, alerts, and incidents using Grafana and other monitoring tools.
  
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting & root cause analysis for incidents.
  
• Apply fixes, patches, and long-term solutions to ensure system stability.
  

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience in AWS DevOps practices.
Knowledge of CI/CD, GitLab, artifact repository management.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, containerization & orchestration.
Proficiency in Terraform (IaC), Ansible, and automation practices.
Good experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
Experience in 24/7 monitoring, incident handling, and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Good to Have

Prior experience in production support for large-scale systems.
Knowledge of cloud cost optimization and security best practices.
Certifications in AWS DevOps / Kubernetes / Terraform.Role & responsibilities
