Job Description

Job Summary

The Process Engineer is a hybrid role that blends process engineering expertise with strong technical and development capabilities. This role is designed for a hands-on professional who understands business process optimization and can also build and deploy digital tools (such as internal websites, dashboards, scripts, and workflow applications) to enhance operational efficiency, automation, and end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Design & Optimization:
  Study how work gets done, spot inefficiencies, and redesign processes using Lean/Six Sigma and mapping tools.
• Technology Solutions:
  Build internal web apps, dashboards, bots, and portals; automate repetitive work; connect tools with existing systems.
• Systems & Architecture:
  Ensure all processes, tools, and data flows work together securely, efficiently, and at scale.
• Digital Transformation:
  Lead automation and self-service initiatives; test and implement new tools or platforms.
• Data & Analytics:
  Create dashboards and reports to track performance, find issues, and support business decisions.
• Training & Support:
  Document processes, train users, and provide ongoing support for tools and solutions.
  

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Process Management, or a related technical field.
• Masters degree or additional certifications in Process Engineering, Web Development, or Digital Transformation is a plus.

Preferred

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• Agile/Scrum, PMP, or ITIL certifications
• Technical certifications (e.g., JavaScript, Python, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Power Platform)

Experience

• 4-7 years of experience in process engineering, business systems development, or digital transformation roles.
• Proven experience in developing web-based tools, dashboards, or workflow automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python, SQL), API integration, and automation scripting.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, databases, and modern development practices (CI/CD, Git, DevOps).
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration within operations, IT, product, and leadership teams.
