Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused L1 Support Engineer to join our IT support team. As the first point of contact for technical issues, you will be responsible for troubleshooting basic IT problems, resolving user queries, and escalating complex cases to higher-level teams. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in IT support and grow within the organization.
