Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Collaborate with in-house teams and external agencies to develop creative visual designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media assets, advertisements, presentations, and more.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to translate business objectives into visually appealing designs.
- Create high-quality design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Provide design solutions that balance creativity with functionality and user experience.
- Revise and iterate designs based on feedback, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and project timelines.
- Stay updated with design trends and tools to ensure the company maintains a modern and innovative visual identity.
- Ensure that all designs are scalable, responsive, and adaptable to different platforms and devices.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Visual Designer, with proven expertise in both digital and print design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and experience in creating impactful visual designs.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- Experience in creating animations, video editing, and motion graphics.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience collaborating with both in-house teams and external agencies on design projects.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
