Job Description

Role & responsibilities

- Drive product compliance reviews and contribute to annual audit packages.

- Drive release meetings, Track OKRs, incidents, and blockers related to service fundamentals.

- Coordinate vendor activities and ensure alignment with compliance requirements.

- Maintain and update attestation documentation for all services and workflows.

- Own service health dashboards and triage workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

- Familiar with Microsoft technology and tools for program management Azure Dev Ops, Service 360, PowerBI etc.

- Strong understanding of service fundamentals and compliance requirements.

- Experience with OKR tracking and incident management.

- Proficiency in documentation and attestation processes.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
