Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Source new customers for two-wheeler loans through field visits, dealer tie-ups, and marketing activities.
Maintain strong relationships with two-wheeler dealers and generate leads through regular follow-ups.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and terms to customers.
Collect and verify customer documents as per company policy.
Ensure proper login of applications into the system with complete documentation.
Coordinate with the credit team for timely approvals and disbursements.
Achieve monthly disbursement and productivity targets as set by the management.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve post-sales issues, if any.
Maintain daily MIS and provide accurate reports to reporting managers.

Key Requirements:

Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in field sales, preferably in two-wheeler loans or similar lending products.
Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of local geography and customer base
Familiarity with loan documentation and credit policies
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Proficiency in MS Excel and mobile CRM apps
