Sales and Client Acquisition

Prospecting:Identify and approach potential customers for loan products through field visits and other lead generation channels.
Needs Analysis:Engage with clients to understand their specific financial needs and circumstances.
Product Presentation:Explain various loan products and services, providing detailed information and expert advice to clients.
Target Achievement:Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets and performance metrics.
Referral Generation:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources, like real estate agents, to generate repeat and new business.
