Job Description

Your Role

Administer and manage SAP Identity Management (IDM) environments including installation, configuration, development, and customization across SAP and non-SAP systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, AWS, and SAP GRC.

Perform full-cycle IDM operations including setup of Virtual Directory Server, Runtime and DesignTime components (v7.2), Eclipse-based plugin (v8.0), AS Java, User Interface, and Database.

Implement and configure custom scenarios like Password Self Services (SAP & AD), and JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) workflows tailored to client requirements.

Integrate SAP IDM with various systems including SAP HR, SAP GRC, SAP Ariba, SAP ABAP, SAP HANA, SAP AS JAVA, SAP SuccessFactors, Active Directory, Exchange, and other non-SAP applications.

Develop custom reports using SQL and JavaScript, and configure Password Hook integrations across multiple domain controllers.

Create and manage custom notifications and Crystal Reports for IDM workflows.

Troubleshoot provisioning frameworks and web services to ensure seamless identity lifecycle management.

Your Profile

6 to 9 years of experience in SAP IDM and SAP GRC.

Strong expertise in SAP IDM architecture, workflow design, and system integration.

Hands-on experience with SAP HR, SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, and other SAP modules.

Proficiency in Active Directory, Exchange, and AWS integration with IDM.

Experience in SQL scripting, JavaScript, and report development.

Familiarity with SAP AS Java, Eclipse plugin configurations, and Crystal Reports.

Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

SAP IDM or SAP GRC certification is a plus.
