Job Description
Role Requirement
This is a full-time on-site Architect role for Hospitality and Real Estate projects located in Goa. The role involves exterior and interior space planning, design conceptualisation and presentation, related design development, GFC documentation and design coordination for a range of premium projects in Goa.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall architectural design vision and strategy.
- Ensure projects align with company objectives, client requirements, and industry standards.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
- Project Oversight & Quality Control
- Review and approve design concepts, sketches, and technical drawings.
- Ensure design feasibility, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
- Conduct design audits to maintain high-quality standards.
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision.
- Present design concepts and solutions to clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Address client feedback and incorporate necessary design revisions.
- Work with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate with project managers for design timelines and budget alignment.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Integrate sustainable design practices into projects.
- Explore new materials, technologies, and construction methods.
Job Specifications
1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
2. Additional certifications in project management (PMP, BPI, EDAC, LEED) is plus.
3. Proven experience of 6 -10 years in architectural design of real estate and hospitality sectors.
4. Experience in handling end-to-end architectural projects across commercial, residential, corporate, or hospitality sectors.
5. Experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and resource allocation.
6. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
Technical Skills
1. Advance level AutoCAD usage
2. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Expertise in concept development, space planning, and material selection.
4. Knowledge of contemporary design trends and sustainable architecture.
