Business Development: Identify and source potential clients, including small and medium-sized businesses, through market research, networking, and referrals.
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and provide guidance and training to a team of sales professionals or Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team goals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Cross-selling: Promote and cross-sell other relevant banking and financial products to business loan clients.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as credit risk management, underwriting, and operations, to ensure timely processing and disbursement of loans.
Market Monitoring: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
