Job Description
Purpose of the Position:
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with deep expertise in React.js / Next.js and modern frontend architecture. The ideal candidate will drive the development of scalable, performant, and intuitive user interfaces that power our CAAS (Comparison as a Service) platform. You will collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams to deliver seamless experiences across multiple verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Frontend Development
- Design, build, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, Next.js.
- Implement micro frontend architecture for scalable and modular UI systems.
- Ensure high performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- UI/UX Collaboration
- Translate design wireframes (Figma/Sketch) into functional components.
- Work closely with product and design teams to create intuitive customer journeys.
- System Integration
- Integrate with RESTful APIs/GraphQL and collaborate with backend teams for optimized data flows.
- Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API).
- Performance & Quality
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, load, traffic, and SEO (Next.js SSR/SSG).
- Maintain unit, integration, and E2E test coverage (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Conduct code reviews, enforce clean coding practices, and mentor junior engineers.
- Delivery & Collaboration
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retros.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on frontend build pipelines (CI/CD).
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to long-term technical strategy.
- Core Tech Stack
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, Next.js.
- Strong understanding of micro frontends, component libraries, and design systems.
- Proficient in CSS-in-JS, TailwindCSS, Styled Components.
- Engineering Practices
- Strong knowledge of frontend design patterns and modular architecture.
- Familiar with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Cloud & Infrastructure
- Experience deploying frontend applications on AWS (Amplify, S3 + CloudFront, ECS, La***a@Ed*e) or similar.
- Familiarity with monitoring/analytics (Sentry, Datadog, GA4, Segment).
- Nice to Have
- Knowledge of WebSockets / real-time data handling.
- Familiarity with GraphQL (Apollo, Relay).
- Exposure to frontend security best practices (XSS, CSRF, CSP).
- Experience with A/B testing & feature flagging.
Experience
- 7+ years professional frontend development experience.
- At least 3+ years in React.js ecosystem (Next.js preferred).
- Proven track record of building high-traffic, high-performance applications.
- Experience in mentoring and leading small frontend squads.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a design-thinking mindset.
- Ability to mentor, guide, and uplift the frontend team.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
