MANAGER / EXECUTIVE EXPORT (Drip Irrigation)

Driptech India is pioneer in the field of 'affordable and innovative' drip irrigation solutions.

It is originally a start-up venture founded in the USA to promote a new drip irrigation technology innovated by the researchers in the Stanford University. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd., one of the global leaders in micro irrigation has acquired Driptech, and currently, it is a subsidiary of Jain Irrigation.

The companys products are well accepted in several internation markets. It is now looking to add to its international sales team to give export a thrust.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilitieswould include:

1. Handling export enquiries - providing quote, coordinating technical discussions and negotiating etc.

2. Nurturing the overseas dealers, understanding their market and providing marketing support to them.

3. Developing collaboration with NGOs and Govt. bodies overseas.

4. Searching potential dealers, NGOs and corporate farming entities in the internet and through digital campaigns.

5. Market intelligence and research.

6. Carrying out Digital marketing activities with the support of the marketing team

7. Participating in exhibitions overseas.

8. Overseeing export logistics.

The assignment offers a rare opportunity to market a new concept of irrigation technology around the world.

Qualification and Experience:

The candidate must be a graduate in Agricultural Science or Agricultural Engineering or in any fieldwith 2to 10 years of experience inSales / Marketing / Business Development / Technical Servicesof drip irrigation.

Good communication skill, flare for sale and willingness to travel abroad are pre-requisite for this position.

Experience in export is not a prerequisite for this position.

Exposure to Drip Irrigation is a must.

Location: Pune
