Work Mode: Onsite | 5 Days Working | Mid Day Shift/ Night Shift
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role Overview
We are looking for HR Executives (Freshers / 01+ years of experience) who are passionate about Human Resources and eager to learn. This role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Its a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to kickstart their career in HR with structured guidance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding
- Assist with onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Ensure joining formalities and documentation are completed accurately.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll-related support.
- Address basic employee queries on HR policies.
Employee Engagement
- Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Collect feedback and assist in implementing engagement initiatives.
Training & Development
- Coordinate training sessions/workshops.
- Support preparation of training materials and maintain attendance records.
HR Projects & Compliance
- Contribute to HR projects such as wellness, diversity, and inclusion.
- Support the HR team in ensuring policy adherence and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related fields (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).
- 01+ years of experience in HR (internships/final year projects in HR will be considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn HR systems, processes, and best practices.
- Flexibility to work in night shifts.
