Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
- Meet performance targets set by management for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment preferred but not mandatory.
- Required good communication and analytical skills essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) necessary; knowledge of CRM software an added advantage.
