Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and prepare rate analysis reports.
Conduct quantity surveying and bill checking for civil projects.
Create bills of materials (BOM) and generate RA bills.
Manage contractor billing, client billing, and labor billing processes.
Ensure accurate estimation of project costs by reviewing drawings and specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in billing engineering in Commercial / High Rise Building / Data Center Project.
Diploma or BE degree in Civil.
Good Communication Skill.
