Job Description
International Voice Sales Executive
Location: Mindspace, Hyderabad
Work Shift: Night/Rotational shifts

In this role, you will proactively reach out to potential clients across various countries, effectively communicate product benefits, and convert prospects into satisfied customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to international customers (B2C/B2B) to pitch products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months experience in international voice sales (B2C/B2B).
- Graduate in any discipline (Undergraduates with relevant experience may also apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasion, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Comfortable working in night shifts or rotational shifts.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in outbound international telesales.
- Exposure to BPO or call center environments.
