Front End Developer @ Exponentia Team

Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Frontend Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in building modern, scalable, and performant web applications. You ll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive user experiences that delight our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable frontend components.

  
  

• 
  

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

  
  

• 
  

  Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

  
  

• 
  

  Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

  
  

• 
  

  Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

  
  

• 
  

  Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices.

  
  

• 
  

  Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code.

  
  

• 
  

  Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.

  
  

• 
  

  Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

  
  

Technical Skills:

• 
  

  5+ years of professional frontend development experience.

  
  

• 
  

  Proficiency in React.js

  
  

• 
  

  Candidates must have significant hands-on experience delivering projects using React.

  
  

• 
  

  Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.

  
  

• 
  

  Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.

  
  

• 
  

  Experience with state management tools such as Redux, MobX, or Zustand.

  
  

• 
  

  Familiarity with modern build tools and bundlers like Webpack, Vite, or Rollup.

  
  

• 
  

  Deep understanding of browser rendering, performance optimization, and responsive design.

  
  

• 
  

  Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.

  
  

• 
  

  Experience in building/testing AI-powered frontend applications is an added advantage.

  
  

• 
  

  Exposure to building or using accelerators/tools to fast-track frontend development or testing is a plus
