Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Deliver Solutions and Solve Customer issues.

Answering Customer Queries
Connecting with Key Business Executives
Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails.
Keep Records and Documentation of Customer Interaction and details of action taken for training purposes
Consistently update the companys mailing list to ensure constant communication with existing, as well as with prospective clients.
Willingness to work in second shift or first shift if required

Preferred candidate profile

Relate with customers to understand what their specific needs are, so as to enable the company to meet those needs
Establish Customer Support Practices
Strictly comply with the procedures and systems already outlined in standard operating manual of the company
Provide required support for companys operations as a very important team player
A thorough knowledge of the Product or Service the company they work for is offering
