Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Understand Customer Requirements: Comprehend and document the needs and objectives of the
customer.
- Requirement Mapping: Align customer requirements with product capabilities and ensure proper
documentation.
- Customer Interaction: Engage and communicate confidently with customers to understand their
needs and provide solutions.
- Documentation: Write comprehensive use cases, System Integration Testing (SIT) cases, and User
Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases.
- Analyze and Improve: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for
improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills to understand and document business requirements.
- Functional Skills on WMS: Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Supply Chain Management: Knowledge of supply chain processes and optimization.
- Retail and Ecommerce: Familiarity with retail and ecommerce operations.
- Requirement Analysis: Ability to gather, document, and analyze customer requirements.
- Use Case Creation: Expertise in creating detailed use cases for various business scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
- This role is ideal for candidates with a B.Tech + MBA/PGDM, and experience in advanced
analytics, predictive analytics, machine learning, and data science will be highly valued.
