Job Description
- You are a talented and motivated Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience, seeking to join our dynamic team. Your strong background in machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and software development will be instrumental in working on innovative projects that leverage AI and ML to drive business solutions and enhance our product offerings. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems. You will analyze and preprocess large datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve model performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML applications in various business areas will be crucial. Additionally, you will evaluate and enhance existing models by incorporating new data and techniques, while staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and methodologies. Documenting processes, creating technical specifications, and presenting findings to stakeholders will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will assist in mentoring junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in machine learning, data analysis, or a related field. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java is required, as well as experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). A strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques is essential, along with familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau). Knowledge of databases and data processing technologies (e.g., SQL, Hadoop, Spark) would be a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team are necessary, along with strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying ML models, knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision techniques, and an understanding of software development practices, including version control and agile methodologies.,
