Job Description
- Role Overview: You will be responsible for teaching at the graduate level in Commerce & Management, along with coordination and development of the respective program of the university. Key Responsibilities: - Teach at the graduate level in Commerce & Management - Coordinate and develop the respective program of the university Qualification Required for Professor: - Ph.D. with First Class in a Masters Degree in Business Management/Administration or a relevant discipline - Minimum 10 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals - Minimum Research Score of 120 - Successfully guided at least 2 doctoral candidates - Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, with at least 3 years equivalent to Associate Professor - Professional work experience equivalent to Ph.D. and 10-15 years managerial experience at the Senior Managerial level in a large Organization/MNC/Conglomerate - Published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work in peer-reviewed or UGC listed Journals Qualification Required for Associate Professor: - Ph.D. with First Class in a Masters Degree in Business Management/Administration or a relevant discipline - Minimum 7 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals - Minimum Research Score of 75 - Minimum of 8 years of full-time experience in teaching/research/industry, with at least 3 years post Ph.D. experience - Professional work experience equivalent to Ph.D. and 8 years of managerial experience at the Senior Managerial level in a large Organization/MNC/Conglomerate - Published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work in peer-reviewed or UGC listed Journals Qualification Required for Assistant Professor: - Minimum of 55% in Masters Degree in Business Management/Administration or a relevant discipline - Minimum 2 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals - Ph.D. preferred with 2 years of experience - Presented at least two papers based on Ph.D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored/funded/supported by UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or any similar agency Please note that the published work may include books, Research Periodical, Ph.D. guidance, Consultancy projects, and patent filed.,
