Job Description
- You will be responsible for managing the calendar, correspondence, and documents for the individual you support. This includes scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. In addition, you will handle emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication on their behalf. Your role will also involve creating and editing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Manage emails, phone calls, and other communication - Create and edit reports, presentations, and documents - Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes - Maintain organized files and records - Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality - Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for travel - Assist with the planning and execution of events, both personal and professional Qualifications Required: - Experience in calendar management and scheduling - Strong communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in document preparation and editing - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Event planning experience is a plus Please note that the candidate selected for this role will be required to travel overseas monthly for 20 to 25 days.
