Job Description

The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of system functionality, architecture, partitioning, design, testing, and integration. Additionally, they should have expertise in hardware development processes, interfaces, EMC, and environmental specifications. The candidate must have experience working with automotive communication and Diagnostic protocols such as CAN, LIN, UDS, and should be proficient in using communication and diagnostic tools like CANoe, CANalyzer, ODX Studio, Indigo, etc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical with 8 to 10 years of work experience in the relevant field. Moreover, the candidate should be familiar with software architecture (AUTOSAR), development processes (SPICE), and tools such as DOORS, Clearcase, MATLAB, etc. As part of Tata Motors" Leadership Competencies, the candidate should excel in Developing Self and Others, Leading Change, Driving Execution, Leading by Example, Motivating Self and Others, and Customer Centricity. Overall, the selected candidate will be responsible for leveraging their expertise to contribute to the success of the organization and meet the needs and expectations of stakeholders.,
