Job Description
- As a Process Developer, Collections at Genpact, you will be responsible for managing collection activities on past due invoices and invalid deductions within allocated portfolios. Your role will involve engaging with clients via email and phone calls, responding to queries related to disputed invoices, and conducting research and analysis of disputes/deductions within the ERP system. You will collaborate with various departments to gather supporting documents for resolution, identify process improvement opportunities, and provide daily reporting on past dues. Your key responsibilities will include implementing collection strategies to reduce past due amounts, resolving issues promptly to prevent negative customer impact, processing adhoc requests efficiently, and delivering high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders in a timely and effective manner. Additionally, you will be expected to escalate any significant problems to senior staff members or management as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in any stream, along with strong interpersonal skills and relevant work experience. Prior experience in collections management would be advantageous. If you are a proactive professional with a background in OTC domain and experience working with SAP ERP, particularly in collections management, and have a solid understanding of Collection/Exceptions processes, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
