Job Description

    About the Role

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to talent sourcing, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to meet business needs.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.

    • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create accurate, compelling job descriptions.

    • Source candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, social media, campus hiring, etc.).

    • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

    • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline status, and hiring trends.

    • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.

    • Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.


    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

    • Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR professional.

    • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and interview methods.

    • Experience using ATS and HRIS systems.

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Familiarity with labour laws and hiring regulations is an advantage.
