As a senior professional with over 10 years of experience in Functional and UI Automation, you will be based in Bangalore. Your key responsibilities will include leading a QA team and ensuring effective client governance. You should have hands-on experience in automation utilizing tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Cucumber. Proficiency in writing SQL queries for database testing is essential. Moreover, you must have a strong background in API testing using Rest Assured and familiarity with automation tools like JMeter. Your expertise should extend to developing, executing, maintaining, and evaluating automated test cases. Building automation frameworks from scratch and implementing automation solutions within an Agile development lifecycle are areas where you excel. Knowledge of CI/CD tools like TeamCity or Jenkins is preferred. Your problem-solving skills should be sharp and innovative, allowing you to work independently and take ownership of tasks. Any knowledge of Python would be an added advantage. Excellent leadership and communication skills are crucial for this role.
