Job Description
- You should be a CA Qualified professional with expertise in accounting and adherence to different accounting standards, including Schedule VI and Income tax. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with client policies, identifying accounting and legal issues, managing client compliances and deliverables such as MIS, TDS, GST, and Profession Tax. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain client relationships, monitor client funds, handle accounting tasks up to finalization, conduct MIS reviews, and coordinate with bankers and internal teams for billing and recovery processes. As a Team Leader, you will lead a small team, plan daily deliverables, and monitor their progress. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, strong review abilities to identify accounting issues and propose solutions, practical experience in accounting, and a good understanding of compliances tailored to the organization's requirements. Moreover, you should have crossed the boundaries of operational delivery and have experience in organizing, planning, and development activities.,
