Job Description
- You have 2+ years of experience in blockchain development, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. As the Team Lead (Blockchain Developer) at our Surat onsite location, you will be responsible for driving successful development and delivery of blockchain-based solutions while leading the team from the front. Your proactive ownership of tasks, willingness to go the extra mile, and ability to resolve blockers faced by team members will be crucial in meeting client expectations and ensuring project completion within agreed timelines. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with the CTO, PM, and clients for requirement analysis and project planning. You will break down requirements into actionable tasks, assign realistic timelines, identify risks, and devise mitigation plans for smooth project execution. Taking ownership of tasks even in challenging situations, assisting team members proactively, and leading by example to demonstrate commitment, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise will be essential. Maintaining clear and timely communication with clients, addressing feedback promptly, and building strong client relationships will be part of your role in client communication and relationship management. You will oversee the design, development, and deployment of blockchain solutions, review code for quality and security, troubleshoot development challenges, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are deployed on time. Your qualifications should include strong knowledge of blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and Binance Smart Chain, proficiency in smart contract development and associated tools, expertise in blockchain architecture, tokenomics, and decentralized systems, and experience with APIs and integrating blockchain with other systems. Leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and strong organizational skills are also required. You should be familiar with tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack for communication, Git, GitHub, GitLab for version control, Truffle, Remix, Ganache, Infura for development, and Jira, Trello for project management. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires you to work in person.,
