Job description
To provide the engineering service support to Auxilary plant for smooth production
Analysis of major Breakdowns preventive controls for the same.
To Manage Available Manpower and resources own and contractor.
To support execute the project as per need of plan.
Day to Day Maintenance, break down Maintenance, Preventive maintenance and Inventory control.
Preparing and maintaining audit Documentation related his own plant
Maintaining records of Maintenance activity by maintaining schedule history cards.
Implantation of Preventive maintenance as per schedule.
To ensure the statutory compliance of all equipment in Plant and forklift area.
To ensure Compliance of CARE KPI targets.
CIR and EA related jobs to be executed as per received.
Generate the ideas and implement the same
Breakdown maintenance of Material handling equipment like forklifts Electrical stackers.
Preparation of budget (CAPEX OPEX) for spare parts, manpower requirements, any new modification
Proposal and tracking of costs against the budgets. Raising Purchase Requisitions
Responsibility for the maintenance of pipe rack structures in around the plant.
Contractors bill measurement, checking certification
Monitor, analyze and improve key maintenance parameters such as overtime, maintenance cost
Index, Budget variance, overdue PM MTBF (mean time between failures)
Risk Based maintenance (RBM) Bad actor management (BAM) implementation
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
