We are currently seeking applications for the position of Lead Consultant - Data Operation Domain Analyst. Responsibilities: - Must possess experience and understanding of data process management in the Commercial Real Estate domain. - Hands-on experience in running business reports such as Asset Under Management, Portfolio Valuation, and Business Plan for the Commercial Real Estate domain. - Understanding best practices throughout the data quality management lifecycle, including root cause analysis, remediation, and resolution. - Proven ability to: - Define/optimize the approach for data analysis, including impact assessment and root cause analysis. - Undertake data quality analysis with documented activities, techniques, and templates. - Assess data quality controls (rules, reports) and drive improvements. - Demonstrate knowledge of Data Quality Management practices. - Proficiency in the visual display of quantitative information. - Strong communication skills to collaborate with Tech Ops, Client SME, and Management. - Encourage curiosity within the team to invest in understanding data and its quality management. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Relevant experience in Data Operation. - Multiple project experiences in Data Operation and/or integrated business planning initiatives for multinational organizations. - Domain Knowledge of Real Estate Investment will be a significant advantage. - Good communication and time management skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, MBA, or Data Science certification in a related field. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the Real Estate Investment domain. - Experience in performing Asset Management large financial reporting. - Curiosity and openness to learning and imparting training as required. - Proficiency in tools like Slides, Sheets, Docs, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Development experience to build Scorecards, Dashboards & Alerts based on user requirements. This position is for a Lead Consultant based in India, Bangalore. It is a full-time role requiring a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
