Job Description
1. Required to work independently with guidance from Manager Programming Services where necessary.
2. Required to carry out programming in different sites.
3. Provide programming support to the Service team where required.
4. Provide total customer satisfaction in respect of programming tasks assigned.
5. Understand the requirements of customers and incorporate them in the programming assignment.
6. Where a specific task is not under control, escalate to Manager Programming Services for taking guidance.
7. Be prepared to travel within Mumbai and also to branches for specific programming jobs.
8. Provide regular feedback to Manager Programming Services on the progress of tasks assigned.

Please Note: As discussed there will be a bond of 4 years signed by you for this position as we will be training you from the scratch. However there will be yearly increments which will take place every year. Starting salary will be 4-4.5lpa per annum.
