CA Trainee/ Executive (Reporting) @ 3i Infotech

Job Description

• Assist in timely month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Preparation and review of MIS reports and variance analysis.
• Booking and review of accruals/provisions (expenses, GRN not invoiced, etc.).
• Support in intercompany reconciliations and balance confirmations.
• Assist in preparation of schedules for audit and internal review.
• Process vendor invoices, ensuring proper documentation, approvals,
• Monitor vendor ageing, advance payments, and debit balances.
• Coordinate with vendors for payment clarifications and reconciliations.
• Analyze recurring and one-time expenses for accurate provisioning.
• Liaise with departments for month-end provisioning inputs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards. Support automation and ERP process improvement initiatives.
• Provide inputs for SOP creation, process documentation, and control improvements.
• Assist in fixing system issues
• Assist in preparing schedules and documentation for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit recommendations.
