Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Field Repair
2. Selection, appointment and continuous management of ISPs
3. KPI / SLA management (ISPs)
4. Drive ISPs towards achieving the monthly rewards
5. Develop quality manpower at all levels in the region ( ISP Engineer )

B.Tech with atleast 2 years of experience
