Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and result-driven Project Manager to lead multiple client-facing SaaS implementation and integration projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution
- Lead and manage multiple SaaS implementation projects simultaneously.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with client and internal stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure continuous communication and alignment between internal teams (engineering, QA, product, customer success) and client stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations, resolve escalations, and drive satisfaction.
- Delivery & Risk Management
- Monitor progress against project plans and take corrective measures where required.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues proactively, and drive resolution to avoid delays.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
- Team Leadership & Coordination
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
- Mentor junior project team members and promote best practices in project management.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and ownership across project teams.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Track and report project performance using project management tools.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and status updates.
- Provide timely updates to leadership and clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Business Management; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 610 years of experience in Project Management, with at least 3+ years managing SaaS product implementations.
- Proven experience in retail, eCommerce, supply chain, or WMS domain (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel Mandatory
