Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Presales Head to lead our presales function across global markets. The role demands a seasoned professional with deep technology understanding, solutioning expertise, and a strong business acumen to engage with CXOs, drive winning proposals, and support revenue growth. You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and practice teams to craft compelling solutions, establish thought leadership, and strengthen e-Zests positioning as a trusted digital transformation partner.

  • Own end-to-end presales lifecycle for Presales opportunities, from discovery to deal closure.
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to elicit and validate business and technical requirements.
  • Architect solutions aligning with client objectives, feasibility constraints, and platform/tool fit.
  • Proposal creation including approach, solution design, delivery plans, estimation, and SoW.
  • Create and maintain presales collateral such as capability decks, reusable assets, demos, and reference architectures.
  • Present and defend solutions to CXO-level stakeholders and procurement teams.
  • Participate in discovery phases to assess as-is landscape, define target state, and shape opportunity scope.
  • Collaborate with delivery, CoEs, and partners to ensure solution feasibility and risk mitigation.
  • Drive closure activities including commercial alignment, SoW finalization, and handoff to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy
    • Build and lead a high-performing presales team aligned with sales and business objectives.
    • Define presales strategies, frameworks, and processes to maximize win rates and accelerate deal closures.
    • Partner with senior leadership to shape go-to-market (GTM) strategies and drive revenue growth across geographies.
  • Solutioning & Client Engagement
    • Engage with prospective customers to understand business challenges and craft tailored technology solutions leveraging e-Zests capabilities (Cloud, Data, AI, Product Engineering, Digital Experience, etc.).
    • Lead creation of differentiated proposals, RFP/RFI responses, value propositions, and presentations.
    • Participate in client workshops, solution demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
  • Collaboration & Enablement
    • Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Practice Leaders to align solutions with client needs and organizational strengths.
    • Mentor the presales team on solution architecture, deal structuring, and storytelling.
    • Collaborate with marketing to create thought leadership content, case studies, and client success stories.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Establish processes for knowledge management, proposal repositories, and reusable assets.
    • Track and analyze deal performance, conversion rates, and market intelligence.
    • Ensure compliance, risk management, and cost optimization in solution proposals.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 1218 years of IT industry experience, with at least 1012 years in presales/solution consulting leadership.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong exposure to digital transformation areas Cloud, Data/AI, Modern Apps, Enterprise Solutions.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand clients industry, business challenges, and align technology solutions to business value.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading presales/solutioning teams and working with global clients.
  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and CXO engagement skills.
  • Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA; MBA preferred.
