Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineer with 5 8 years of professional experience to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions at scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and AI systems engineering, with proven success in delivering production-grade AI models and platforms. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to transform complex business challenges into scalable AI/ML solutions, with a particular focus on Azure AI Foundry and pricing data models.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML models for real-world applications across various domains, including pricing optimization.
- Build and maintain ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, validation, deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into enterprise-grade products and services.
- Apply and adapt Azure AI Foundry components and services to accelerate solution development, orchestration, and lifecycle management.
- Develop and improve pricing data models, leveraging statistical techniques, machine learning, and optimization algorithms to support dynamic pricing strategies.
- Evaluate and apply state-of-the-art AI techniques, including deep learning, generative models, and large language models (LLMs), to business problems.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in cloud-based production environments.
- Continuously improve model accuracy and robustness through retraining, feedback loops, and automated testing.
- Leverage reusable components, frameworks, or accelerators to speed up model experimentation and deployment.
- Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and mentorship of junior AI and ML engineers.
Technical Skills:
- Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5 8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development, deployment, and production support.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with deep expertise in ML/DL libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
- Experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure, but also AWS/GCP); hands-on work with Azure AI Foundry is highly preferred.
- Experience developing pricing or revenue optimization models using ML, statistical, or econometric techniques.
- Proficiency in ML Ops tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, or SageMaker.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes) for model deployment.
- Solid grasp of data engineering fundamentals, including working with both structured and unstructured data using SQL, data lakes, or NoSQL systems.
- Exposure to LLMs, transformers, and generative AI is a strong plus.
- Experience implementing automated testing and monitoring frameworks for ML models.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments.
