Job Description

As a Welder (Manual) / Robotic Operator / CNC Operator / Sheet Metal Operator in Coimbatore, your role involves operating machines and tools specific to your assigned area such as Welding, CNC, Robotics, or Sheet Metal. You are responsible for ensuring accuracy and quality in production work, following safety protocols by wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times, and collaborating with the production team to achieve set targets. Proper handling of tools, machines, and raw materials is crucial for successful execution of your tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Operate machines and tools as per assigned role (Welding, CNC, Robotics, or Sheet Metal). - Maintain accuracy and quality in production work. - Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times. - Work in coordination with the production team to meet targets. - Ensure proper handling of tools, machines, and raw materials. Qualifications Required: - ITI / Diploma / Relevant technical qualification. - Basic knowledge of the respective role (Welding, CNC, Robotics, Sheet Metal). - Willingness to work in 12-hour shifts. - Ability to work in a team environment. - Prior experience is an advantage (freshers can also apply).
