Job Description
- As a Quality Assurance/Test Automation Engineer at Roboyo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of automation solutions developed in Appian or UiPath. Your responsibilities will include: - Develop, implement, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases for automation solutions. - Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to understand business requirements and technical specifications. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing on Appian and UiPath applications. - Identify, document, and track defects in a defect management system (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and collaborate with developers for timely resolution. - Advocate for best practices in QA processes, contribute to the automation of test scripts, and continuously identify areas for improvement in testing methodology. - Work closely with the development team to resolve issues early in the software development lifecycle and generate detailed test reports for stakeholders. - Ensure proper documentation of test cases, test scripts, and test results to maintain comprehensive test coverage. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. - Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Software Testing, with proven experience in testing automation solutions in Appian or UiPath environments. - Skills: Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing techniques, hands-on experience with testing tools such as UiPath Studio, Appian Designer, Jira, TestRail, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with Appian BPM or UiPath RPA platforms, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices. - Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
