As an experienced Software Developer specialized in Java Full Stack, your role will involve designing and developing scalable, high-performing applications. You will oversee both front-end and back-end development to deliver robust, secure, and efficient software solutions. Working collaboratively within a team, you will contribute to the entire software development life cycle, from gathering requirements to deployment and ongoing maintenance. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product managers, UI/UX designers, and development teams to transform requirements into functional software. You will design, build, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications, creating intuitive and responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks. Additionally, you will develop RESTful APIs, integrate with external systems, implement secure and optimized database solutions, write clean and efficient code following best practices, conduct testing and performance tuning, debug and troubleshoot applications, enhance existing systems, ensure security and data protection standards, prepare technical documentation, and participate in code reviews. Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and leveraging them to enhance development efficiency will also be a key aspect of your role. To succeed in this position, you should have 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar capacity. Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development is essential, along with hands-on experience in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, or Angular. You should also possess expertise in relational and non-relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, familiarity with build and version control tools like Maven, Gradle, or Git, and knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Understanding microservices architecture, containerization (preferably Docker/Kubernetes), software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices is crucial. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities, as well as a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field are required.
