Job Description
- The role of this position is to provide solutions that bridge the gap between technology and business expertise in order to deliver client solutions effectively. You will be responsible for various tasks including bridging the gap between project and support teams through your techno-functional expertise. For new business implementation projects, you will be driving the end-to-end process from business requirement management to integration & configuration and production deployment. It will be crucial to check the feasibility of new change requirements and provide optimal solutions to clients within clear timelines. Additionally, you will need to provide techno-functional solution support for all new business implementations while building the entire system from scratch. Your support will be required from architectural design to coding, testing, and implementation phases. You should have a solid understanding of both functional and technical designs and architectures to be implemented on the ERP system. Customizing, extending, modifying, localizing, or integrating existing products through coding, testing, and production will also be part of your responsibilities. It is essential to implement business processes, requirements, and underlying ERP technology to translate them into ERP solutions efficiently. Adhering to developmental standards while writing code and deciding on the implementation methodology is necessary. Providing product support and maintenance to clients for a specific ERP solution, resolving day-to-day queries, and technical problems is crucial. Creating and deploying automation tools/solutions to optimize processes and enhance efficiency is also expected. You will act as a bridge between technical and functional project requirements, providing appropriate solutions and advice to clients or internal teams accordingly. Supporting on-site managers with necessary details regarding any change and providing off-site support as needed. Furthermore, you will need to focus on skill upgrading and competency building by clearing Wipro exams and internal certifications, attending relevant trainings and seminars to enhance knowledge in functional/technical domains, and contributing by writing papers, articles, case studies, and publishing them on the intranet. Your performance will be measured based on various parameters such as contribution to customer projects including quality, SLA, ETA, number of tickets resolved, problems solved, number of change requests implemented, zero customer escalations, and CSAT. Additionally, focus on automation to optimize processes, reduce steps, and minimize the number of tickets raised. Skill upgrading will also be a key performance indicator based on the number of trainings & certifications completed, and the number of papers, articles written in a quarter.,
