Job Description
- As a BSC fresher without a computer science background, you are invited to attend the Infosys BPM Walk-In Drive scheduled on 6th Sep 2025 in Mangalore. Please ensure to bring a copy of this email to the venue and register your application before participating in the walk-in. Remember to mention your Candidate ID on the top of your resume. The interview is set to take place on 6th Sep 2025, with the reporting time between 09:30 AM to 11:00 AM. The interview process includes an Aptitude Assessment in Round 1 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by an Ops Screening Face to Face interview in Round 2 from 12:30 PM to 04:00 PM. Please note that entry after 11:30 AM will not be allowed. The job location for this opportunity is in Mangalore. The role requires candidates to be BSC Freshers with a non-computer science background, making them eligible for the interview. The shifts are night shifts, and immediate joiners are preferred for the position. Key Responsibilities: - Possess a 15-year full-time education background - Proficient in basic computer knowledge - Demonstrated skills in website research and navigation - Strong ability in reading, understanding, and interpreting content - Willingness to work in 24*7 environments, including night shifts on a rotational basis - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on English grammar and fluency - Capable of managing outbound calls efficiently following provided scripts - Quick assimilation of process knowledge and effective probing and analyzing skills - Ability to multitask voice and data entry responsibilities - Commitment to no long leaves for at least the next year - Work will be conducted from the office premises only, with no work-from-home option available.
