Job Description
- You are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM expert with strong implementation experience to transition into a high-impact Education Lead role. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver impactful training on industry best practices for Oracle SCM Cloud. You will leverage your consulting experience to transform complex implementation know-how into engaging, accessible training that accelerates success for learners, Oracle customers, and partners. Responsibilities: - Lead the design, delivery of industry best practices, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion SCM training content. - Translate complex implementation experiences into clear, structured learning journeys. - Stay ahead of the curve on Oracle Fusion SCM updates and integrate them into the curriculum. - Contribute to Oracle University's Cloud Learning Subscriptions, Certifications, and live training programs. - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle SCM Cloud, specializing in various Fusion SCM modules. - Partner with global colleagues to drive standardization, best practices, and learner success. Qualification Required: - Deep passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing in fast-paced environments. - 6+ years of hands-on experience working in-depth with Oracle SCM Applications. - Practical knowledge and consulting experience working with SCM on topics such as: - Supply Chain Planning - Demand Management - Supply Planning - Sales and Operations Planning - Supply Chain Collaboration - Maintenance - Asset Maintenance - Pricing / Costing / Cost Management Nice-to-Have Skills: - Exposure to Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Order Management, Logistics, and Procurement modules.,
